How to Collect Sweeps Cash For Free


4.1. To participate, you must have an active Customer Account. If you do not have a Customer Account, you can create one free of charge by downloading the Fire Phoenix app from the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or at www.firephoenix.top. To enter the Sweepstakes, a participant must sign into their Customer Account.


4.2. Once Participants have accessed their Customer Account, there are [4] ways for an eligible Participant to collect SweepsCash:


(a). Mailing In. Participants can receive free SweepsCash by sending a request by mail. You can receive 0.05 SweepsCash by sending a stamped #10 envelope containing one 3”x5” handwritten Request card to the following address: Fire Phoenix LLC, 2261 Market Street #4313, San Francisco, CA 94114. Participants must also adhere to the following process to receive SweepsCash by post:


(i) Handwrite Participant’s return address on the front of the envelope along with the words: “Fire Phoenix Sweepstakes Credits.”


(ii) Handwrite all of the following on only one side of the Request Card inserted in the envelope in the following order:
• (A) Participant’s full name as shown on their government-issued identification;
• (B) The email address registered to Participant’s Fire Phoenix account;
• (C) The username associated with Participant’s Fire Phoenix account;
• (D) The phone number associated with Participant’s Fire Phoenix account;
• (E) The return/residential address registered to Participant’s Fire Phoenix account; and
• (F) The following statement:
“I wish to receive 0.05 SweepsCash to participate in the sweepstakes promotions offered by Fire Phoenix. By submitting this request, I declare that I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by Fire Phoenix’s Terms of Use and Sweepstakes Rules.”


(iii) There is a limit of one request per outer envelope.


(iv) For each request a Participant submits, the Participant will at this time receive 0.05 SweepsCash. THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF REQUESTS PER HOUSEHOLD SHALL BE 1 MAIL-IN REQUEST PER SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD. ALL REQUESTS IN EXCESS WILL BE DEEMED NULL AND VOID AND SHALL NOT “CARRY OVER” TO ANOTHER PROMOTIONAL PERIOD. The SweepsCash awarded via this method will be added to the Eligible Participant’s account subject to account verification and compliance in full with this subsection (d).


(v) NOTE: A Participant must ensure their handwriting is legible. If the Participant’s handwriting is not legible or otherwise fails to comply with this subsection (d), the entry will be void and the SweepsCash will not be credited to the Participant’s account. Limit of one request per envelope. The entry will award 0.05 SweepsCash on the next Monday, after the mail-in request is received (not postmarked). Requests that do not comply with the above will not be acknowledged or returned. The legibility of a Participant’s handwriting shall be determined by Fire Phoenix in its sole discretion.


(b). Complete Specific “Behaviors” in the Fire Phoenix App. From time to time, Fire Phoenix will designate specific “behaviors” that, when completed during the applicable time period, will reward Participants with SweepsCash. Eligible “behaviors” will be announced within the app or via email, as determined at Fire Phoenix’s sole discretion.


(c). Receive Bonus SweepsCash with the Purchase of Tokens. Each eligible Participant may purchase Tokens, which are used to play the Games for free. When Eligible Participants purchase Tokens, they may receive SweepsCash as a bonus.


(d). Win SweepsCash by Winning Sweepstakes Games. Eligible Participants with SweepsCash can use their SweepsCash to play sweepstakes games for a chance to win additional SweepsCash.


4.3. SweepsCash cannot be purchased under any circumstances. ANY REQUEST FOR SweepsCash MUST ONLY BE MADE BY THE ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANT AND MUST BE POSTED FROM THE SAME STATE OR PROVINCE AS THE ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANT’S VERIFIED RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS. Requests made by any other individual or entity, including but not limited to commercial sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering services, will be declared invalid and SweepsCash will not be credited to the Participant’s account.


4.4. Tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to the use of any device to automate the SweepsCash request/entry process, is prohibited, and any requests/entries deemed by Fire Phoenix, in its sole discretion, to have been submitted in this manner will be void. In the event a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who actually submitted a request cannot be resolved to Fire Phoenix’s satisfaction, the affected request/entry will be deemed ineligible, at the sole discretion of Fire Phoenix.


4.5. The amount of SweepsCash a Participant is awarded from all sources under Section 4 shall be as reflected in these Rules or on the platform and may be changed at any time by Fire Phoenix in its sole discretion. The amount of SweepsCash a Participant has will be displayed in their Customer Account on the website or mobile application.


4.6. In the event of a dispute regarding the registration of a Customer Account, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register the Customer Account will be deemed the Eligible Participant.


4.7. Fire Phoenix is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected SweepsCash requests or allocations.


4.8. The use of any automated system to acquire SweepsCash or participate in Games is prohibited and will result in disqualification.


4.9. SweepsCash is only valid for 30 days from the date an Eligible Participant last logged into their Customer Account and will automatically expire after this period.
